Eigen Bio's products are built on a single platform. Eigen-1 is a regulatory foundation model that performs inference over Eigenfield, a multi-omics regulatory knowledge graph spanning nearly 15 million nodes and over 500 million biological relationships across 17 layers of evidence. Together they model the regulatory connections through which genes, transcripts, proteins, and pathways control one another — and how those connections shift under disease and treatment. Two products apply this engine in different directions: Eigen ORIGIN at population scale for drug development, and PALADIN at the level of an individual patient's biology.
Eigen Bio ORIGIN
Eigen ORIGIN is a complete biological intelligence system deployed within the partner's own secured environment. The partner's data estate is processed through a dedicated adapter into the engine, and results are returned through a reasoning interface. A dedicated Eigen Bio scientist supports onboarding and initial deployment, with ongoing scientific support available as engagements deepen. Data and intellectual property remain inside the partner's boundary at all times, and every result is versioned and reproducible — suitable for regulatory submission and internal scientific review. ORIGIN supports target identification and prioritization, mechanism of action, biomarker discovery and patient stratification, indication expansion, resistance prediction, and failure forensics across therapeutic areas.
Eigen Bio PALADIN
PALADIN is a private biological intelligence service for patients who take an active, evidence-driven role in addressing a serious diagnosis. It maps an individual patient's biology onto Eigenfield and surfaces proven, peer-reviewed, and fully referenced science — including connections that would be difficult to assemble through conventional literature review. PALADIN is designed to strengthen the work of the patient's existing care team. Clinical decisions remain with the treating clinicians.
The two products reinforce one another. ORIGIN serves institutional partners in drug development; PALADIN serves individual patients. Where consented, PALADIN engagements broaden the diversity of real human biology represented across the platform, strengthening both products over time.
